The index settings can only be changed by rebuilding the index (i.e. by reindexing all files). Right-clicking on an index will open a menu with a "rebuild" option.

I create a new index ("Index erstellen aus...").
After that I want to modify this index (add some exclude-pattern).
How can I do this? The context menu of that item doesn't offer me that.
