Currently the notice/warning/tip elements are rendered without any icon - there should be a way to provide for this as PDF output from texinfo would look much better with this feature.
This seems hard to do, since Texinfo lacks commands to properly position the icon. Otherwise, it would look something like the attached image. Note that we cannot mimic HTML and use a table, because Texinfo / Info does not wrap paragraph inside tables.
Unless you have better suggestions, unfortunately I will not be able to fix this.
