Summary: FO: no line space after Funcdef in default (K&R) output

Initial Comment:
In default (K&R style) output of Funcprototype, there
is no line of space between the output of Funcdef
and any Paramdef output for the Funcprototype.
HTML output does render such a line of space. And
without it, it's visually difficult to see where the
funcdef
ends and the paramdefs begin.

A fix for this issue has been added to the current codebase.
Please test the fix with the latest snapshot from:
