Category: XSL Group: output: print/FO/PDF >Status: Closed Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Submitted By: Martin Gieseking (mgieseki) Assigned to: Robert Stayton (bobstayton) Summary: FO: missing start-indent attribute in TOC level 1 entries Initial Comment: The indentation width of first level entries of the automatically generated TOC are not described properly. After rendering the fo file with FOP or XEP they get the same indent width as level 2 entries. I think the reason for this is the missing start-indent attribute of the corresponding fo:block element (id="toc...idFOO"). When setting it to "0pt" everything seems to be ok. Basically the chapters are indented (when they should not be) and the sect2 elements are not indented (when they should be). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Robert Stayton (bobstayton) Date: 2005-12-27 22:46 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=193218 I don't see the problem. Can you provide more details? Do you mean that section level 1 entries have the same indent as section level 2 entries? Is this in a book table of contents, or is it an article table of contents? Are you setting any stylesheet parameters when you process the files, such as body.start.indent or title.margin.left, and fop.extensions or xep.extensions? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Jag (jagstah) Date: 2005-12-21 09:46 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1042041 By the way, how do I attach a file? I have a screenshot you should look at... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Jag (jagstah) Date: 2005-12-21 09:43 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1042041 I too have this problem with 1.69.1 !!! If I set the draft.mode param to 'yes' the toc is just fine. What is the fix for this? I haven't been able to figure it out myself or by looking around here. Kevin ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Robert Stayton (bobstayton) Date: 2005-09-24 15:37 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=193218 I believe the indent problems in the TOC were fixed in version 1.69.1. Can you test with that version and confirm that the problem is either still there or fixed for your files? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Martin Gieseking (mgieseki) Date: 2005-07-12 13:08 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=138565 I've just recognized that the problem seems to be more complicated. The left and right TOC margins differ from the section's body margins. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=373747&aid=1236899&group_id=21935 |
