It would be great to have a parameter for this. "css" is no alternative, since I am using "htmldoc" to produce pdf from html. Additionally, a <p></p> after the table would make the admonitions look much better. Thanks - Michael - ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: michael42 (michael42) Date: 2004-12-08 18:46 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1122917 The idea was to add an old fashioned "width=100%" to the table to help htmldoc rendering the table correctly (the note text was placed in a too narrow column). Since htmldoc does currently not support css (only HTML 3.2), the admin.style attribute doesn't help. I thought having the option of adding the width attribute would perhaps might be of use also to other renderers. After making some experiments today, I found that the real problem was not the missing "width" attribute, but an unneccessary "colspan=2" generated in the note text table row (using docbook-xsl.1.66.0). I did not check 1.67 so far, but will try it tomorrow. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Robert Stayton (bobstayton) Date: 2004-12-08 10:24 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=193218 What is the purpose of the width attribute on the table? Do you want the note text to not reach all the way across the page? Were you aware of the 'admon.style' attribute set that can set right and left margins for the <div> containing the table? Wouldn't that be sufficient? If it is only for use with htmldoc, then you'll have to do your own customizations to optimize for htmldoc. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=373750&aid=1029174&group_id=21935 |
