Summary: keep-with-next in varlistentry

Initial Comment:
When a varlist is formatted using blocks, the term
should be kept on the same page (or perhaps in the same
column) as the entry. Something like this should do the
trick:

    <xsl:variable name="id"><xsl:call-template
name="object.id"/></xsl:variable>
  
    <fo:block id="{$id}"
xsl:use-attribute-sets="list.item.spacing"
                        
keep-with-next.within-page="always">
      <xsl:apply-templates select="term"/>
    </fo:block>
  
    <fo:block margin-left="0.25in">
      <xsl:apply-templates select="listitem"/>
    </fo:block>
  </xsl:template>
