#485 slides: missing elements in the dtd

can you please update the dtd.

1.) firstterm should be valid inside <para>
http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/docbook/chapter/book/firstterm.html

2.) can the dtd please allow bibliography, flossary as
a children of foil.

sorry for the report, I've switched to the Slides Full and
now point 1.) of the report is solved.

Point 2.) is an RFE. So just close it, if you like.

Use "slides-full" if you want all of DocBook. "slides" is
designed to be small.

I did extend foilgroup and foil to allow nav.class.
