Some suggestions about slides.xml

1) I believe the slides.xml demo has the "active" and
"dynamic" navigation explanations around the wrong way.
Should be:

<para>
<ulink url="../frames4/frames.html">dynamic.toc</ulink>
uses JavaScript to make the table of context
<quote>active</quote> so that you can open and close
the foil groups (only works on recent browsers)
</para>

<para>
<ulink url="../frames5/frames.html">active.toc</ulink>
uses JavaScript to keep the table of contents and the
current slide in sync (only works on recent browsers)
</para>

2) Update the <pubdate> to match the release date of
the version of the slides doctype?

3) Update the copyright year to be 2002, 2003?
