DocBook5 allows to use inside an <info> element a definition file, for example <definitions definitionfile="defs.xml"/>.

However, the file "defs.xml" cannot be resolved as the 15-transclude.xsl stylesheet searches it in its own path, instead of using the base URI of the XML document. The attached patch fixes this problem.
