What this PR does

• Adds @tomatotomata to CONTRIBUTORS.md (PyPI API-token detection, [#319]).
• CONTRIBUTING.md: states the supported Python range (3.11–3.13, matching the CI matrix since [#328]), aligns the local pytest command with CI (-n auto; pytest-xdist ships in the dev extra), adds a map of the seven guides under docs/, points at the good first challenge label, and links the Discord. Also fixes PASS / AUTH / BLOCK spacing.

Tests added (run in CI)

• None — docs only. python scripts/check_markdown_links.py passes locally (44 files, no broken internal links).

Public-release safety (doberman-core only)

• [x] Contains nothing from the "not allowed" list: no enterprise/hosted code, no proprietary detection, no customer data, no secrets, no commercial-license code
• [x] Core still builds/tests/runs with no enterprise package installed (docs-only change)

Security checklist

• [x] No secret, full file, or unredacted prompt logged or committed
• [x] No guardrail/decision behavior touched (docs only)
