#20 Dmx power order

Hello! i've got three all this board. Everything is ok unless it only works if i firt plug the power and then the dmx cable. If Dmx cable is connected (and sending dmx data over it) and the power the board it does not work.
Is there a way to fix this? Is little annoying when you have a device up in a theater and then power it up and it does not work because of this.
Can i solve it with code or another way?
