Is it possible to have some grid for rotate/crop which could be enabled/disabled?

    Yes, that would be possible I guess.

    I normally associate a grid with "rotating", but as I can somehow draw myself the line I want to be horizontal or vertical (you noticed ?) the grid seemed somehow inferior to me.

    But if you see good use for it, it could be done.
