perhaps a key-to-domain map would be useful.
Then a default directory for PEM keys would be nice to have, so you don't
have to specify the hole path for all keys.
Example of key-to-domain map (just an idea...)
#[user@]domain <tab> #keyfile (if path isn't specified, use compiled
in option)
mydomain mykey.pem
myotherdomain [nothing here make dk-filter to search for
_defaultkey.pem, if available use it]
otherdomain otherkey.pem
importantuser@mydomain /path/to/importantuserkey.pem
hosteddomain /home/hosteddomain/hostdomainkey.pem
