#26 dkfilter needs to cache DNS queries

dkfilter does a DNS query (_domainkey.domain.tld) for each email it signs. Caching requests, according to SOA TTLs, could help reduce DNS loads and network traffic. This can be alleviated in the interim by running a local caching nameserver on the same host as dkfilter.
