#306 unable to open ps file generated by DjView in MacOS

When printing to ps the generated file cannot be opened by Preview in MacOS.
When opening it with Preview I get the message: "unable to convert the PostScript file “print.ps” to PDF".

I'm using DjVuLibre DjView 4.10.6 (DjVuLibre-3.5.27, Qt-5.7.0), Preview Version 10.0 (944.5), MacOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6

Yet the PS file prints fine and can be viewed by ghostscript. Converting to PDF with ps2pdf works too. But converting to PDF inside Preview does not work. This seems like a limitation of Preview which seems unable to convert the type 3 font that the PS files internally uses to quicky render the djvu page.

The workaround is to generate Level2 PS file, (see the Postscript tab in the export/print dialog).
