DO:
- open a file like Clip_1234.MOV
- add some annotations
- close DJV
HAPPEN
Clip.annotations.json
SHOULD:
- Clip_1234.annotations.json
NOTES:
- if there is another clip like Clip_1235.mov (note incrementing number) it will inherit the JSON from Clip_1234

Correct, #79 is a "private" bug. I am still having problems to understand how this bugtracker is meant to be used ;-)
