#74 BUG: Annotation text containing quotation marks fail to load

DO:

• open any clip
• add annotation text containing quotation marks i.e.
  This is "a kind of" test
• close clip
• re-open clip

HAPPEN
[ERROR] syntax error at line 17 near: a kind of" test"
[ERROR] Cannot load annotations file ...

SHOULD:

• work

NOTES:

• I understand there is a problem with the .json using hyphens as delimiter
