 Logged into the admin dashboard for my project's WordPress blog, which
 informs me "WordPress 2.8.4 is available! Please update now."  I'm
 currently on wordpress version 2.8.1. Clicking the link (to
 https://sourceforge.net/apps/wordpress/diyg/wp-admin/update-core.php)
 takes me to a blank page and the browser stops loading.
