Don't have the picture of a 1-Wire sensor at the moment (long term test is running, and all existing sensors are in hard do reach places), but it is basically a raw sensor soldered to wires coming out of RJ-45 connector and covered with heat shrink tubing. Total length is 3". Can be less if there's a creative solution how to insulate the raw sensor - currently, the length is limited by how close to heat shrink you can solder without activating it. Will publish all the pictures and wiring diagrams when I'm done - some parts for the final setup are still in the mail. --vt |
