Good day.
What troubles me is the following:
DivFix++ tells me that the Video contains no files or immediately shows error #0 when I try to fix the file. It was recorded today with the newest version of FRAPS. I checked in FRAPS to split the video every 4 Gigs. That worked fine so far, but today the first to parts appear to be damaged or incomplete, although I can play the files on MediaPlayerClassic just fine.

Any ideas how to deal with this?
btw: I also tried VirtualDub, Adobe Premiere and a couple of other programs. None work.
I'll look forward to a quick solution.

    There is no quick solution.

I would cut it if I could. The video programs I own all cannot import the file.
      I'll try again anyways.

    ok. so:
Adobe Premiere: Format not supported or broken file!
    VirtualDub: Grey Screen (no frames)
DivX Repair: No bad frames were found (Total frames: 0)
DivFix++: Can't find current position in file (error 0) (both 32 and 64-bit versions)
Camtasia Studio: Error: No codec available to render this file
Windows Movie Maker: imports clip fine, shows image, but stops at 20ms.
VLC Player: Cannot open the file.

guess I'm at the end of the line here.
I'll try to upload the whole file somewhere, but it might take a while.

    No!
I mean "binary copy of first 10 MB".
You can use an hex editor to do this job.
    Like wxHexEditor from http://www.wxhexeditor.org

I cannot help you with this text files. You need to upload whole file or first 10 MB of it. (you can use Hjsplit also)

    OK. I got the file.
I am try to fix it with DivFix++ v0.35 Beta development version.

Firstly, the movie encoded with FPS1 codec. Which is DivFix++ doesn't support this codecs "KeyFrames". So seeking feature will be not available at resulting file.

Other thing is I found a bug that leads segmentation fault. I fixed it. Now DivFix++ look like fix the file but resulting file is empty. Will work on it.

Found that, FRAPS generated invalid stream size. Zero byte stream information at header, which is not correct. Might be this is your problem. Writing code for solve this.
