#32 CLI needs GTK

I've tried using divfix++ on my headless linux server via telnet - it wont work because even in CLI mode, it needs xwindows.

ALL Unix CLI programs should not require a GUI to use in CLI mode - because of this I cant use the program in a script to check/repair incoming files.
