#26 Multiple queued files, only first one gets fixed

If I queue multiple files all with bad sections, it will fix the first one, sometimes the first few, then the rest it only detects as having 1 frame, and the 'results' are tiny video files with a single frame. If I do them one at a time, closing and re-opening the program each time it's fine.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64, quad core intel processor, 8 GB RAM, NVIDIA chipset motherboard, data drive where the files are stored as a raid 5 hosted by Nvidia chipset, onboard RAID controller.
