That would require that we belived that everybody in IRC is
using some sort of HTML parsing browser. Essentially nobody
is doing so. Especially nobody on the devlopment team.
Beyond that, putting html in IRC chat is just plain ugly.
We hate bold and colors, what makes you think that we will
use HTML?
Finally, It's not a half bad idea to have the public streams
available, but I think that placing them inside the !streams
command is a really bad idea. There's probably a better
place for that information.

command adds too much clutter to it, especially with the
number of public streams per channel. I was toying around
with the idea of adding some sort of !link command that
could output the links to the public streams, a while back.
