#26 @outputclass Not Assigned to Section Via @containerOutputclass

Styles that map to DITA sections are not having the @outputclass assigned via @containerOutputclass. For example:

<style stylename="ahead" structuretype="section" tagname="title" sectiontype="section" topiczone="body" useastitle="yes" outputclass="ahead_title" containeroutputclass="ahead"> <p>mapping does not result in &lt;section outputclass="ahead"&gt;. . . &lt;/section&gt;</p></style>

Need to add @outputclass generation to template:
