#51 SmartTag text being dropped

We have a file that (somehow) had SmartTags applied to some of its text. That text is being dropped by the Word2Simple transform. I see in wordml2simple.xsl that there is a template that is supposed to preserve that text. But it isn't (perhaps because the text is wrapped in two SmartTags?). I've attached a file that results in this behavior. The smart-tagged text is "University of Maryland". If you search document.xml for "on the campus of", then the only result is the proper area.

This isn't that huge of a deal for us. We can just remove the SmartTags from the files. Sadly, we can't build that into our macros because Word 2010 does not have the ActiveDocument.RemoveSmartTags method. Oh well. (Also, as far as I can tell, this is the only project that we've had SmartTags in our Word files.)

As far as I know, but I've not tested this on the code base in many, many months. The issue has always been significantly rare. I know I looked into a code fix before, but I got distracted from implementing a fix. (Having an easy way to test and then fix via Word for Mac has been a crutch.)
