Implemented use of image.list to determine graphic locations for file copying. Added new runtime parameter, inputdir, to know where the images are relative to in that list.

Changed the default value for failonerror on the Ant copy task to "false" so missing graphics will not fail the build by default. Added new XSLT parameter "copyGraphics.failOnError" to set this back to true if needed.
