#136 d4pPageRange does not have a @class definition in DTD

In doctypes/d4p_simpleEnumerationDomain/dtd/d4p_simpleEnumerationDomain.mod there is no @class declaration for d4pPageRange at the bottom of the file. The element does appear to be declared properly earlier in the .mod file and in the corresponding .ent file. (No hurry on this. Notice while finishing phase 1 of the language reference. Will commit a test case and fix later.)
