#9 Page redirect

The page redirect must be solved in another way (not
the meta-refresh that is the case now). It works so
poorly in Mozilla so that people will not use the system!

Real includes is faster, more secure and works. But we
must find the way to get it to work, maybe delayed
header or different order of doing things... look into
the core for this.

Big problem with big consequences when changed, what to
do with all the get_ters? Maybe Javascript reloads as simple
solution instead of meta?
