DisplayCAL 3.6.1.1 (Linux/source only) released

• [Minor]: Don't call setlocale() unconditionally, and restore
  previous locale (fixes build under non-english locales,
  regression of XDG changes in DisplayCAL 3.6.1, SVN revision
  5457 and up).
