- Profile loader (Windows): Work around Windows 10 1903 (May 2019
  update) severe banding bug and automatically disable Microsoft Windows
  Color System Calibration Loader task. Logging out and back in is
  required, and may be required each time a display's default associated
  profile is changed.
- [Minor] Verification: Prevent unintended mixing of unicode and binary
  strings when a device link profile is used.
- [Cosmetic] [UI] Linux (KDE): Centering the measurement window would
  increase its size slightly and resetting its size would move the
  window down and right (regression of SVN revision r6137).
