It's not related to DisplayCAL or the profile loader, but some 3rd party
utility that clears the calibration (which you have to find, could be a
graphics driver, motherboard, or peripheral utility, or Windows itself
if you're using a Surface laptop). The profile loader will periodically
re-apply the calibration, but it can take several seconds in between
those intervals.
