[TANK-develop] Project Website.

Hi All,

The project website is now running, using postnuke as the admin tool for 
maintaining the news items, etc. I noticed that Dieter has already put an add 
on sourceforge for a person to design a theme to plug into the site.

I have transfered the news items across to the website as well. Although I 
plan to make this an automated system, whereby it transfers this information 
from the sf site to the main website once a day, or even more often.

The direct URL for the site is http://bcheese.homeip.net/~tank/.

I have also modified the links on the install to point to the sourceforge 
pages as well.

I am about to configure my WebCVS install to allow web viewing of the CVS 
repository.
