Better, have 2 possibilities:
1. Frozen - no modifications possible except archiving, but
it appears in 'current events' listings

2. Frozen & Archived - same as above, but only exists in
the inactive archive (not in any searches, directories, etc)

So can you unfreeze/unarchive?
