I have not got access to a server 2008 R2 system to try it. It works on server 2003, XP and 7, so I would be surprised if it did not. Is the directory being watched and the DirWatcher service running on the same box? Some things to try: - The same config on another version of windows, this will narrow down wether it is something to do with server 2008. - Copy paste the reg file resulting from exporting everything under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DirWatcher and I will see if I can spot any config problems. ab |

I've tried several times to get DirWatcher to work on Server 2008 R2 SP1 (64 bit). While it installs OK it won't trap changes to files in a directory. Is it compatible with this O/S? |

The first release (0.1.0) had to be updated, as the readme and license (COPYING file) got missed from the first installer. No code was changed. Now some features will be added before the next. Andy |
