I want to reformat the manual and change log into the Markdown markup language, making it easier to convert into HTML and PDF files with hyperlinks to sections and images (installation for mIRC, etc.).

Also, the following should be added:

Compiling instructions for FreeBSD-derived systems (gmake).
Special installation notes for specific IRC clients.
Command reference section (similar to "/dirt commands").
Mention of the +p text prefix to send unencrypted text to encryption targets.
