#16 Additional configuration ".ini" files

I want to add a command line parameter (such as "--load=X") to load options from additional configuration files.
It should load dirt.ini first and then any files containing modifications specified by the user.
The '/dirt load' command should reload all of them sequentially.

Or maybe use connection classes for the IRC bouncer mode...

Something like this in dirt.ini:

[bouncer efnet]
listen_port=6669
bind_address=192.168.0.8
bind_port=5000-5999
irc_server=irc.efnet.org,irc.efnet.us,irc.servercentral.net:7000
irc_port=6667
irc_password=passw0rd
irc_password_type=text
auto_jump=on
disconnect=off

You could still have a [bouncer default] with no special settings and /dirt jump efnet would switch connection class.
