Small bugfix - accept email addresses not written in lowercase.

This release fixes bug that long email addresses didn't work. Thanks for Matt Oddie (matt |at| mattoddie |dot| com) for reporting this.

This release brings possiblity to disable checks for system accounts at compile time using -DNOSYSPWD.

This release fixes really small bug that group of newly created maildirs wasn't set to 'nofiles'.

This is the first stable release of dirqmail. Only minor changes have been made since the rc1. All seems to work perfectly - just download dirqmail and see it in action! :)
