It is forbidden to create tickets, therefore it is impossible to write to the author. There is no compiled version, and the source code is only optimized for 64-bit architecture and will not work for 32-bit. I wanted to write that I was ready to help with translation, but nowhere. It is also very necessary to add a button to synchronize to the right and to synchronize to the left, in order to bring either the right folder to the left, or vice versa, respectively.
