I am a noob at this piece of software, but I love it. I have been able to deploy it with relaively little in the way of problems. My question is this. once a meeting is started, how do you start or use web cams for video conferencing> silly question i know, but I just can't see it. (and yes, i do have web cams on our machines)

You can use a webcam for video conferencing by setting the Option - Audio Video to "audio-video" before starting the meeting.
The option is available in the options tab at the start of the meeting.
