Hi,

  This  issue seems to be almost done, but I just wanted to add a
couple of comments:

  - ALT for the IMG element is an alternative for non visual user
agents.  i.e. there's no need to show the ALT text and the image.
I  know that some users like it, just add the necessary toggle in
dillorc and send me the patch when done.

  - The Cache is not related to widget allocations/deallocations,
it just caches URL contents, and nothing else!
