What do I have to do to make it start? I've downloaded the ZIP archive, removed the "downloaded from internet" flag in the properties, unzipped it and started Dile.exe. The mouse cursor rotates shortly and that was it. No window and no process to be seen. Running as Administrator doesn't help either. The readme doesn't handle that situation. I have Windows 7 SP1 x64. Is that supported?

Whoops. I'm sorry. I think I made a little mistake the last time when I uploaded DILE and the .zip files contained the wrong version of VC++ runtime files. I have updated those files so could you please download the latest weekly builds again? Both should work on Windows 7 SP1 x64. In fact, you'll need both if you want to debug both 32 and 64 bit applications.
Please let me know if you still have problem with starting DILE.
