#40 Dijjer message "connection refused"

Having installed Dijjer twice I get same
response."connection to 127.0.0.11519... is refused.
Every attempt same message. Does Dijjer run on win98se
or is it another XP only job.

I had the same "connection refused" response after
installing in WinXP. A reboot solved the problem. Hope that
does it for you if you haven't already rebooted.
