Hello, there is an option "show in fullscreen mode" in version 5 (similar option exists in version 4 too). try to enable it. app restart may be required to take effect. but beware - it still may not work for all the applications. unfortunately, fullscreen windows are special (regardless of Windows documentation that claims that there is no such thing as "fullscren window" at all), system definitely treat them in different way. even more, windows rendered using DirectX (like games and good media players)...
