[Digir-dev] DiGIR provider installer for Windows?

Hello, my name is Meg.  I work at KU on the Specify project (collections db
software)
 
I am working to automate/simplify the DiGIR installation process for our
users.  I had heard that someone out there might be developing an
installation program.  Does anyone know about this?  Is it underway?  What
does it entail?  What is the target timeline?
 
Any information will be greatly appreciated!
