#25 BUG: non-mandatory and multiuse questions w/ postconditions

Questions 2 of the attached questionary produces
several errors:

-the question cant be skipped (although it should)
-after trying to skip, back doesnt work (EmptyStackEx)
-after trying to skip, it cant be answered (-"-)

Cause is the postcondition, that evaluates the result of
the question that doesnt exists.

1. Maybe postconditions of skipped questions should not
be evaluated, or only thos that do not reference the
result of a skipped question.

2. When an error occours during cond. evaluation, the
current question should not be removed (causinf the
ESEx in this case)
