Install bombed out. It appears that the install attempts to remove 2.1.6, but that step fails due to a resource not found: C:\ProgramData\Package Cache{19D12628-7654-4354-A305-9AB0B33A5677}v2.1.6.0\ I attempted a repair to the .6 installation. That too fails, or is bothered by Norton that indicates a trojan. My 2.1.6 install still works, so I still have this need program, but I'd like to move to current release. Is there a path for this type of situation? Any further details / screenies required...

Hi, I just want to report a problem with older Nikon D50 which causes the DigiCamcontrol to hang for a while at connection and after pressing the shutter it reports the error code 80070141. Have you checked installer file security properties?? The first time this happens to you it is a bit of a stumper. Hopefully that does the trick. I have used multiple releases of this great app and am looking forward to improvements in 2.1.6.0 Unfortunately despite best efforts I am unable to get the installer to run. Environment is Windows 11 Insider edition. The only trick tha came to mind was running as Administrator. Any suggestions??

I'm having an issue using the focus stacking feature. Sometimes, not all the time, but when it's happening, it is consistent. The sequence will crash the application after the 4th image. The only way to get around this is to increases the wait time anywhere from 8 to 12 seconds. Once it gets past the 4th image, it works fine. I have tried numerous different settings to resolve this, but it still occurs. When the issue is not happening, wait times down to 2 seconds work fine. i would appreciate any...

got the command line capturing images using the "Session" I created in the app and storing the images in the right place with the right name.
