#38 Save comparison layouts

It would be very helpful to have the possibility to save a comparison layout (the N panes and all the files chosen in each), so that after restarting the machine I quickly jump back into using the merge on my 5 files that are all in different places, rather than having to start the N merge again and drag each file into the window again.
