#26 Typo in German translations

The word "Werzeug" [sic] has a typo and should be "Werkzeug" instead:

• In "src/usr/share/applications/diffuse.desktop" (line 16 in r432)
• In "translations/de.po" (line 200 and line 720 in r432)

It is correct for "Name[de]" in "src/usr/share/applications/diffuse.desktop".
