#6 Exporting data

It should be possible to export data in different formats:
- dictionary in HTK format
- dictionary in Festival format
- dictionay in semi-colon delimited format
- rule set in Festival format
- rule set in semi-colon delimited format

This currently works for dictionaries. Rule set exporting still need to be implemented.
