#11 Dictionary Consistency Checks

Ensure that dictionary doesn't contain inconsistencies of the following nature:

- invalid phonemes (Compare with valid phoneme list)
- invalid words (Compare with valid word list)

Consistency checks should be done when opening a project or when importing dictionaries.

The main reason for this is to detect errors introduced by manual editing of the dictionaries, which certain users prefer to do for some or other reason.
(Find out from the users at NWU why they do manual editing, instead of using dictionary maker to do this)
